Deleted 10,000 emails from RR web mail still doesn't down load.. For us the problem seemingly began with v13.1.5451, but it has gotten far more common since updating to v13.3.5535. The Brighthouse Roadrunner web mail, cell phone and iPad all get my mail just fine. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. So the error message is telling you that your email program is unable to talk to the teleport-mail software... I did try that on laptop the other day and it downloaded current messages and a few thousand older ones.
