If I then try (with her PC off) the same thing on my PC, (using the same router) I get the messages if I have started up the PC from 'cold' Especially when they involve getting your email from the server onto one of the multitude of available devices. To avoid having to enter the username and password each time, check the box in front of "Remember password".
