I've given it an anti-virus program. Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F Protocol: POP3 Port: 995 Secur Unable to send or receive messages for the Sky (denstan) account. I have run a registry cleaner - still no difference. The Smartermail Service needed to be restarted in Windows Server for the changes to be applied.
