I have tried the repair utility, I have uninstalled the shared tools, which was an issue that read in a posting somewhere. After checking her Event logs I found that there was another dll file that caused an issue. REGCURE has solved one registry error, and to fix the rest it required registration... I said yes.

After trying a repair of Outlook/Office and not having any success, I ran across a group post that advised creating a new Outlook profile and this fixed the problem, for a I have tried reinstalling the software but that didn't help, by the way.
