This problem affects updates for Windows only and does not prevent you from installing or automatically receiving updates for other Microsoft programs, such as the Microsoft Office System... download them from the manufactures website. It's error code 0x800f0826.

I found this thread where this person seems to know what updates are causing the problem, so you might check yours.
