After MONTHS of seeing this bewildering message and trying almost every solution I found (thank you, Google), I may have stumbled on the culprit that causes this message. Whenever I booted my Windows XP computer, it would come up and I'd have to hit Cancel (or Continue) several times in a row before I could get it to go Wow!
