Like the Exception problem says it is looking for a drive, figuring out which program is looking for that drive is the harder solution. I installed a media reader and it changed all my drives except for C: and had noticed the error message and also my DVD-ROM was not reading disks that have been I don't really know. You need to make sure that nothing has taken over the letter for your hard disk.
