Note that your drives (since you have now determined they are not bad) not waking up in time or when needed, is the end result error symptom , not the cause. I dimly recall that during the installation, it has to install a C++ runtime library and sometimes this doesn't work right for some reason or another. They didn't make it official until now like other "special" hotfixes. The paging activity increased so much that it caused disk thrashing on the server and these errors were logged.

MS is no help so forget asking them, I looked at so many forums, did numerious searchs, and scoured the newsgroups and all I found is problem after problem and not Why they don't stay in cache since there's no heavy user programs running, I've no idea.
