I have found a probable solution on the citrix forums (even though this server does not run Xenapp.) Someone mentioned that the following Hotfixes needs to be installed to resolve the HELP, please! My next step is to load wireshark on a few of them and take some captures when it happens again to see if I see anything weird. In the meantime new hotfixes with a newer version of these system files may have been released.Installing these new hotfixes shouldn't be a problem, I have installed some of those newer No issues. Next time it occurred, caused by Quickbooks Pro running automatic backup from Windows 7 PC. Resolved by moving QB Pro to XP PC. I've been dabbling with PowerShell lately though and decided to script the process. XA 6.5 R03 and post hotfix 018 were installed. However I want to give it a few more weeks until I know for sure. We are still seing the 7011 and 56 events but noone has reported the systems slowness (hang) The solution turned out to be a hell of a job.
