Hi,I wanted to thank everyone for the great information and discusion in this thread!We have found that there is only one patch that requires un-installation to resolve the blue screen issue. The patch you've mentioned is from about 3 years ago and if the problem only happened recently, then you may have recent malware-caused changes in your system files.
